Avoid the many skin wreckers like processed foods, sugary drinks, too much alcohol, and avoid most of the skin creams on the market which also includes sun lotions. Most creams and lotions contain chemicals and toxins which will damage the skin over time.

If you want to put a stop on aging use only creams with natural ingredients that nature has provided and has to offer. No benefit in wasting time and money on products that are only half the quality and don’t deliver what they promise. Number one priority is always the diet first.
